Our founder, Ron Starr, envisioned a revitalized neighborhood that would offer a vibrant, live-work-play environment centered on quality, respect for atmosphere, and exceptional service.

Chris Starr is the head of our marketing and leasing department. He is also the owner of the internationally know luxury rental and concierge service company My Premiere Rental. Chris' knowledge of real estate marketing along with his expansive network has help ASP expansion to Miami and Atlanta markets.
